Israeli soldiers shot and killed 2 unarmed Palestinians in Gaza

After the shooting, the two Palestinians were bulldozed by the Israeli soldiers.
Two Palestinians were completely unarmed on the beach in Gaza. One of them threw a white cloth at Israeli soldiers. But even that did not save. Israeli soldiers shot and killed the two unarmed Palestinians and then bulldozed them.

Al-Jazeera, a Qatar-based media outlet, has video footage of the killing. The video shows two men walking separately in an area of Gaza. One of them had a small piece of white cloth in his hand. He wanted to repeatedly fly the white cloth to convey the message that they are not a threat to the Israeli army.

Also seen from the video, but blowing the white cloth did not help. Both of them were shot dead. The two men were later bulldozed in two nearby but separate locations.

Professor Richard Falk, UN special envoy for human rights in Palestine, said, “This incident is a burning proof of the brutality that Israeli forces are carrying out in Gaza on a daily basis.” But this is not the first time, thousands of times before, Israeli forces have opened fire on unarmed Palestinians.

Not long ago, Israeli soldiers opened fire on unarmed Palestinians waiting for relief in a relief camp in northern Gaza. On February 29, Israelis opened fire on a crowd of thousands of people desperate for food in Gaza City’s western Nabulsi roundabout as they rushed towards aid trucks. At least 112 people were killed on the spot and at least 700 Palestinians were injured in that shooting.

The same incident was repeated on March 23. On that day, at least 9 people were killed by Israeli forces who opened fire on Palestinians waiting for a relief truck at the Kuwait roundabout on the outskirts of Gaza City.
