More than two hundred Palestinians were killed in the operation to rescue 4 hostages in Gaza

Destroyed buildings after an Israeli attack on the Nuseirat refugee camp in central Gaza on Saturday.
The Israeli forces (IDF) have rescued four hostages held by Hamas in the Gaza Strip. Gaza authorities claim that at least 210 Palestinians have been killed in this bloody campaign. It was one of the bloodiest days of the eight-month Israeli massacre. The news agency Reuters gave the news in a report.

Hostage rescue operations and Israeli airstrikes took place in al-Nuseira, a densely populated and war-torn area of central Gaza. The Israeli Defense Forces said those rescued were Noah Argamani (26), Almog Meir Jan (22), Andrey Kozlov (27) and Sholmi Zhiv (41). They have been taken to hospital. They are fine.

Israeli military spokesman Rear Admiral Daniel Hagari said Hamas held the hostages in two apartment blocks in a residential area of Nuseirat. It was there that the IDF carried out the operation.

In a briefing with journalists, he said, “We know of less than 100 (Palestinian) casualties.” I don’t know how many of them are terrorists. A police statement said an Israeli special forces commander was killed during the operation.

Gaza health officials and residents said scores of Palestinians were killed in the attack and the dismembered bodies of men, women and children were scattered around a market and mosque.

Officials at Al-Aqsa Hospital in central Gaza said the number of new casualties was too high to treat them.

Abu Ubaida, a spokesman for Hamas’ armed wing al-Qassam Brigades, said some of the hostages were killed in the Israeli rescue operation. However, Israel’s military spokesman Peter Lerner dismissed this claim as a complete lie.

They were all abducted from the Nova Music Festival last October 7 during a deadly Hamas raid on Israeli towns and villages near Gaza, sparking a devastating war.

According to Israeli authorities, about 1,200 people were killed in the Hamas operation. According to the information updated by the Gaza Ministry of Health on Saturday, at least 36 thousand 801 Palestinians have been killed so far in the Israeli attack on Gaza.
